In 2004 Rodrigo Almeida met Daniel Duarte. Both were​

Henrique Pinto's students who supported an idea to start​

a guitar duo. Since then, they started to​

rehearsal every day and realized that the project would go​

further. Was born the Villa Guitar Duo.

   The results of this hard work would not delay; in 2005​

they won their first competition. The singularity has called​

attention among the judges and the audience, making the

​duo keep working and seeking for new challenges.  Joining

​some of the most important competitions in USA the duo

​saw the opportunity to settle in this country and spread

​their gifts through the music.

​   The debut CD was released in 2007.
